Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On May 10, 2022, Desktop Metal, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to the pricing of its offering of 6.0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2027 (the “Notes”) to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
